  • Define, prepare and setup ROB in consultation with leadership team.
  • Taking meeting notes and tracking actions items to closure.
  • Manage All Hands, Townhalls, Customer Visits, Events etc.
  • Anticipate procurements needs and plan for the same.
  • Creation and tracking of Purchase orders for vendors.
  • Tracking of budgets and actuals.
  • Coordinate with various support teams RE&F, HR, Vendors, Finance, etc. on operational issues.
  • Support senior executives travel itineraries, calendar, expenses, etc.
  • Support end to end logistics and schedules for our external/internal executives including coordination with various levels of globally distributed teams.
  • Effectively plan and organize team morale events.
  • Tune into the pulse of the team and anticipates their needs ahead of time and plan.
