Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Bankers, Product Owners, Engineers, and Testers, to gather and analyze business requirements for Commercial Banking Software focused on the Client Onboarding domain.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance system functionality.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional and technical specifications, user stories, and system design documents.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented during the software development lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues, address concerns, and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to business users during software implementation, training, and post-implementation phases.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project timelines or deliverables, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback, sharing knowledge, and proposing enhancements to existing processes, tools, and methodologies.
