  • Support Product Owners in prioritising backlog items aligned to business value and delivery goals
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with requirements
  • Ensure alignment with Retail Banking CAPL governance and demand processes
  • Manage and maintain requirements through JIRA, covering Epics, Capabilities, Features, and Stories
