Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external providers to ensure the daily operations, maintenance, and support of the application(s).
  • Monitor the performance and service levels provided by the external team to ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Oversee system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with the external provider.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to the internal team and the external provider.
  • Ensure seamless integration and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and the external provider.
  • Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions to meet business requirements, working closely with the external team.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement, working with the external provider.
  • Optimize system configurations and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, in collaboration with the external team.
  • Implement best practices for system performance tuning and capacity planning, with input from the external provider.
  • Ensure the relevant application comply with internal and external security standards and regulations, in partnership with the external provider.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security protocols, user access controls, and data protection measures by the external team.
  • Support regular security audits and vulnerability assessments, coordinating with the external provider.
  • Coordinate with external partners for system integrations and support.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions, involving the external team as necessary.
