  • Support special projects, including improvements, rollouts, and implementations.
  • Serve as the main liaison between business users and technical teams.
  • Work with IT partners (internal and external) to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Assist with developing and interpreting policies.
  • Ensure expenses are within policy and procedures, advancing when necessary.
