What is the work schedule for this position?
This position is full time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm and will be onsite in Columbia, SC.
What are the educational requirements for this position?
A Bachelor's Degree is required, OR 2 years of job-related work experience.
How much job-related experience is necessary to qualify for this position?
A minimum of 2 years of job-related business systems analysis, research and/or customer support experience is required.
What skills and abilities are needed for this role?
Candidates need a working knowledge of business support and systems concepts, effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences, good teamwork and interpersonal abilities, analytical and conceptual skills, and a fundamental understanding of user acceptance test plans and project plans.
What software and tools are required for this role?
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
