Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst or a similarly aligned role where you are equipped to fulfil the role description above
  • A background of mapping and modelling processes, data and applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence teams and key stakeholders through your written and verbal interactions
  • The ability to create well-formed and testable requirements/user stories
  • Skilled in assessing, planning and managing the impact of change within business
  • An organised self-starter able to work independently when needed
  • Strong problem-solving and data driven decision-making skills
  • Comfortable organising, and controlling workshops
  • Excellent data visualisation and reporting skills
  • Ability to present information in a thoughtful, well-constructed and organised fashion
  • Detail oriented
  • Be able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks across several projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as waterfall and agile

Responsibilities

  • Working on multiple high-impact projects, you will play a pivotal role in fostering professional relationships with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify and analyse business needs. You will be utilising multiple process mapping methodologies such as Flowcharts, UML, BPMN, Use Cases etc to assess and document workflow. You will be modelling data to understand, organise and manage the sequence of information utilising methods such as Entity-Relationship and Data-Flow Diagrams. There will be a range of responsibilities to manage change with technology dependencies such as system mapping, impact analysis, monitoring and reporting, and integration planning to name a few.
  • This is a collaborative role and as such you will be working alongside senior management, project managers, development teams, end users, external partners and regulatory bodies to ensure that the projects requirements are accurately captured, understood and met. Your duties will support the successful delivery of large-scale projects from initiation to deployment.
