Requirements

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Strong oral and written communication including public speaking and presentation skills
  • Excellent math, analytical and problem-solving skills and use of analytical tools (e.g., Excel graphs).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to perform analyses such as, GAP analysis, process mapping, root-cause analysis, risk analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Broad knowledge of automated systems in a production or operations environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross-functional business operations
  • Develop annual operating plans, capital budgets and forecasts, and build business cases for new business initiatives (cost/benefit analysis)
  • Develop, prepare, and analyze reports with complex analysis and data for management review, and present to various levels of management
  • Define business requirements and provide analysis to increase operational efficiency
  • Provide analytical support for multiple, complex cross-functional projects simultaneously; establish work plans and timelines
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement in operational performance and notifies management of issues and problems requiring immediate attention
  • Adapt key processes to support and identify root cause analysis, reporting, streamlining of work, and process design/redesign
  • Identify and create detailed business rules/workflows geared toward business needs
  • Support quality and continued process improvements for internal and enterprise initiatives.
