Requirements

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience
Strong oral and written communication including public speaking and presentation skills
Excellent math, analytical and problem-solving skills and use of analytical tools (e.g., Excel graphs).
Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to perform analyses such as, GAP analysis, process mapping, root-cause analysis, risk analysis and requirements gathering.
Broad knowledge of automated systems in a production or operations environment.

Responsibilities

Provide complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross-functional business operations
Develop annual operating plans, capital budgets and forecasts, and build business cases for new business initiatives (cost/benefit analysis)
Develop, prepare, and analyze reports with complex analysis and data for management review, and present to various levels of management
Define business requirements and provide analysis to increase operational efficiency
Provide analytical support for multiple, complex cross-functional projects simultaneously; establish work plans and timelines
Identifies opportunities for improvement in operational performance and notifies management of issues and problems requiring immediate attention
Adapt key processes to support and identify root cause analysis, reporting, streamlining of work, and process design/redesign
Identify and create detailed business rules/workflows geared toward business needs
Support quality and continued process improvements for internal and enterprise initiatives.
