Requirements

  • Expert knowledge and experience of structured business analysis skills and techniques gained in a digital environment
  • Good ability to translate detailed requirements and business outcomes into business, process designs and service blueprints
  • Strong at dealing with ambiguity and navigating conflicting requirements to reach desired outcomes with a range of partners
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to articulate solutions in a business context
  • Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders to assist them in delivering desired business outcomes
  • Desirable (not essential) you may have a professional BA or Service Design qualification or equivalent such as formal process design or process improvement techniques (such as LEAN, Six Sigma) and experience of agile delivery (such as creation of Epics, User Stories)

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse and agree functional and non-functional requirements for business change
  • Conduct impact analysis, including detailed gap analysis between current and future state to consider full scope of people, processes, data and technology affected by proposed solutions
  • Craft and visualise efficient process or service designs
  • Strive to improve your own and the team’s capabilities in business analysis & design, agile delivery and change leadership
