Responsibilities

  • At the direction of Deloitte Technology Software Asset Manager, the analyst supports all aspects of the license management lifecycle for key global enterprise agreements i.e. Microsoft, Salesforce, etc. including license subscription activation, Azure Active Directory account administration, etc.
  • Works and collaborates with Deloitte Technology teams, CoRe procurement and the SAM team in the oversight of license management and fiscal spend required
  • Maintains software tracking and reporting processes, provides input for annual budget planning guidance, contributes to the development of software control measures, manages online service requests and assists the SAM Managers with recommendations to leadership, member firms, and Global Business users in the use of the software solutions as needed
  • Evaluates, identifies and advises on opportunities for process improvements and makes constructive suggestions for change
  • Assesses customer needs, priorities and trends through regular ongoing communication with technology teams and member firm clients
  • Assists SAM Managers with CoRe procurement, Global Business sponsors, member firm teams and the vendors in management of current software licensing agreements and new agreements as needed
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and perform post-release testing to verify successful implementation
  • Design and generate dashboards and reports
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
