Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in preferred fields of Statistics, Biostatistics, Econometrics, Economics, Actuarial Science, Data Science or equivalent and a minimum 8 years’ experience solving business problems through the application of analytic approaches

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain large-scale data extraction, transformation, analysis, and data visualizations
  • Build suites of tools, designed to assist with a variety of management functions including dashboards, data visualizations, reports, data-extracts, and in-depth analyses
  • Own the development of robust business cases for initiatives identifying the key enablers of success, affordability opportunity, necessary investment and timeline for goal achievement
  • Present with subject matter expertise in medical specialty and oncology cost and trend analytics
  • Partner with cross-functional teams focused on targeted medical specialty and Oncology care. Participate in meetings to elevate analytic findings across enterprise oncology stakeholders
  • Lead complex data research and analysis to support business operations including creating data mining architectures/models/protocols, and data analysis methodologies
  • Exercise considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering on analytic projects
  • Exhibit full understanding of data and leverage data in an appropriate way (correct sources, clear assumptions, approved by business)
