  • Sound knowledge and experience in implementation of collaborative product e.g. Brava for Content Server, Brava for Microsoft SharePoint, Brava Viewer for SAP, Opentext Rendition Server (Blazon)
  • Experience in configuring three or more OpenText Content Server modules: Records Management • Classifications / RM Classifications • Workflows / Advanced Workflows • LiveReports / Web Reports • Forms • Physical Objects
  • Proven track record of delivering ECM projects across more than one industry esp. Oil & Gas.
  • Responsible for defining requirements, design and analysis related to process, data and information, validating business requirements and translating them into integrated designs and technical specifications, developing and implementing business solutions ensuring end-to-end successful system and scenario testing prior to business user hand off.
  • Responsible for developing OpenText ECM and xECM complex solutions that span organizations, geographies, and technologies
  • Maintains overall technical accountability for the successful delivery of the solution to the Project Manager and/or Business partner
  • Responsible for delivering quality results by executing unit, system and integration testing cycles.
  • Work closely with project team members and contributes to the development of project plans, project effort and task estimates, and the resolution of solution defects and issues.
  • Conduct workshops with business units, mapping processes to ECM needs, identifying gaps and improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify production support issues post release deployment and produce solutions.

  • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise content management solutions, ensuring alignment with the product vision and strategy.
  • Provide thought leadership and sales support, working with key stakeholders to understand requirements, build partnerships, and provide technology solutions.
