Responsibilities

  • Liaises with all gallery departments and locations on a variety of issues including exhibitions special projects expenses and budgets and ensures all documents are in order prior to COO’s review
  • Reviews and negotiates contracts for gallery transactions, partnerships and other department needs
  • Manages gallery-wide insurance policies and renewals, with assistance from COO
  • Manages all NY-based leases and leads all lease renewals, with assistance from COO
  • Updates COO on status of projects and other relevant issues
  • Works closely with David Zwirner’s executive office
  • Compiles and tracks exhibition budgets and reconciliation
  • Provides light administrative support including arranging travel and scheduling both internal and external meetings and meeting preparation
  • Additional tasks and projects as requested
