Responsibilities

  • Du erstellst und aktualisierst, zusammen mit den operativen Verantwortlichen, die Prognosen der Projekte und das Budget der Abteilungen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Geschäftsführer der Region zusammen
  • Du stellst die Monatsabschlüsse der Abteilungen sicher inkl. Analysen und Aktionspläne
  • Du stellst die finanziellen Abläufe und Prozesse innerhalb der Abteilung sicher
  • Du begleitest und schulst die operativen Mitarbeiter in administrativen und finanziellen Belangen
  • Du unterstützt aktiv die Optimierung des Netto Umlaufvermögens insbesondere die Fakturierung und das Inkasso
  • Du verfolgst die Vertriebsaktivitäten der Abteilung insbesondere Hit rate, Auftragseingang und Arbeitsvorrat
