  • To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
  • Deep expertise in Process Design and Improvement including an understanding of typical process features such as taxonomies and maps
  • Deep expertise in change management approaches and all of the standard change features
  • Understanding and practical application of continuous improvement methodologies within a similar sized organisation structure.
  • Excellent Stakeholder and Team Management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Managing and supporting the Business Analysts
  • Regularly reporting progress updates to the Senior Delivery Lead
  • Communicating with the BI Change Lead to ensure alignment with program timelines
  • Aligning with the BI Business Design Lead for consistent guidance and frameworks
  • Overseeing UAT testers, data analysts, and organization design support efforts and incorporating insights from BPOs and SMEs into business change initiatives
