  • We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing remote-first team.   • Strong understanding of hardware design processes and familiarity with Electrical Engineering concepts.

  • Engage with Electrical Engineers, Hardware Designers, and hardware teams to understand their challenges, workflows, and pain points.
  • Utilize various communication channels (email, phone, social media) to initiate conversations and nurture relationships with prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to set up qualified meetings and opportunities for further engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and lead statuses in CRM software.
  • Continuously learn about our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
