  • As a member of our Business Development team, you will become part of Figma's collaborative Sales team, contributing to our growth and success. Playing a pivotal role in our expanding Business Development team, your responsibilities will focus on prospecting new accounts and collaborating with Account Executives to establish customer relationships. Your contributions will be essential in refining Figma's business development strategies, playbooks, and outbound processes. The ideal candidate for this role possesses an agile and adaptable mindset, values teamwork, and enjoys engaging with our diverse customer base. You’ll also get a chance to work closely with various departments, including peer Sales teams, Sales Operations & Enablement, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Community.

  • Proactively generate interest in Figma’s platform within the target accounts to develop a robust sales pipeline
  • Identify potential prospects by analyzing market data, firmographic information, and product-related cues
  • Create and enhance prospect messaging to optimize engagement and conversion
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting processes for all sales teams at Figma
