Requirements

  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, Macro and other MS office tools and applications

Responsibilities

  • Develop reports and establish self-service reporting capability
  • Convert existing manual reports to an automated, sustainable, and scalable platform such as Power BI and Azure
  • Work with Business Analysts, end users and stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop detailed specifications for reporting
  • Analyze and estimate feasibility of new reports/dashboards and compatibility with existing software and hardware
  • Produce accurate technical documentation of all projects/tasks including specifications and testing
  • Collaborate, communicate, and educate to other staff to improve general understanding of reporting/automation/analytics and business
  • Manage stakeholder’s modification and new requirements timely and accurately
  • Follow Agile delivery method and implement the best practices within the team
