Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Business Planning:
  • Oversee E2E business planning for Europe Markets to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that integrate various market factors.
  • Strategic Inventory Management:
  • Own and drive strategic interventions related to inventory parameters.
  • Analyse inventory data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • SLOBs Management:
  • Manage Slow Moving and Obsolete Inventory and provide necessary analysis for the markets.
  • Develop strategies to minimize SLOBs impact on overall inventory health.
  • Portfolio Segmentation:
  • Implement portfolio segmentation strategies to optimize product mix.
  • Review and adjust portfolio segments based on market inputs and performance data.
  • Operating Strategy Support:
  • Support the delivery of the European operating strategy in line with short-term (18 months) and long-term (10/20 years) business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
