Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage SS&C's enterprise resilience frameworks (business continuity, crisis management and emergency management).
  • Provide expert advice and tools, such as risk assessments, business impact analyses, and resilience resources.
  • Guide functional and operational leaders in planning and responding to emergencies, disasters, and business disruptions.
  • Act as a crisis leader and provide technical advice on incident response and recovery.
  • Ensure that SS&C's resilience program meets governance requirements and reporting to the Executives, Committees and Board.
  • Coordinate education and training to ensure staff are prepared for their resilience responsibilities.
  • Coordinate the testing of the Frameworks on an ongoing basis.
  • Monitor emerging risks, domestic and international standards, and lead thinking in the resilience space to keep SS&C's strategies current and robust.
  • Develop & maintain a list of critical processes in line with APRA's CPS & CPG 230 Operational Risk Management.
