  • Act as a bridge between business teams, IT developers, and third-party vendors.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to align on project deliverables.
  • Facilitate key meetings and workshops, ensuring detailed minutes, decisions, and actions are documented for traceability and auditability.
  • Ability to structure and present well thought out proposals for alternative approaches to influence change.
  • Develop detailed use cases, process flows, and system designs to support application development.
