Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration/management, computer science, or a related field, along with 3 years of progressively responsible experience in process improvement, knowledge management, business analysis, project management, or supervising staff, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Successful candidates should have knowledge of process mapping methodologies, business analysis principles, project management methodologies, and experience with relevant software such as Visio and Nintex Process Mapping.
