  • Product review: working collaboratively with design, engineering, and quality teams, documenting the inspection and review findings with clear instruction and solution to manufacturer.
  • Special projects: create graphics, using product critical dimensions handover for customer SMU requests and follow through on final implementation once approved.
  • Problem Solving: The role also involves identifying and resolving issues raised by audit, design, or production teams regarding technical documentation and providing detailed feedback on solutions.
  • Drafts and maintains technical and/or user documentation to a high standard, ensuring appropriate and effective use of language and on-time delivery. Creates appropriate backup files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur.
  • Reviews non-compliance issues and finds solutions to ad hoc problems with written product materials, requiring detailed work with design engineers, internal customers and, potentially, external customers.
