This person would have the ability to grow and work with CADD Professionals and Engineers locally and around our multiple Gresham Smith offices. 
 Responsibilities/Skills: 
 <ul> 
 <li>Complete 3D models and detailed drawings from sketches, plans, specifications, and written and verbal instructions using Revit and computer-aided drafting programs.</li> 
 <li>Coordinate with other team members and disciplines to design, lay out, or detail components and systems, to ensure conformity to design concepts, and to resolve design or other problems.</li> 
 <li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li> 
 <li>Ability to build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships</li> 
 <li>Ability to be proactive in determining the necessary steps to meet objectives and performance expectations of the position.</li> 
 <li>Skills in design and drafting within an architectural/engineering environment.</li>

 Minimum Qualifications:

 <li>High school diploma with advanced manual or computer drafting coursework or one year of job related experience</li>
