Responsibilities

  • Als Campus Recruiter weet jij als geen ander hoe jij jong (technisch) talent aan kan trekken.
  • Je hebt een outside-in perspectief op het aantrekken van deze jonge talenten en je weet dit goed te vertalen in een succesvolle aanpak.
  • Als Campus Recruiter ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor studenten, scholen en universiteiten.
  • Daarnaast zal je deelnemen aan campus evenementen, presentaties, netwerkevents en andere activiteiten om Equans op de kaart te zetten binnen deze doelgroep.
  • De vacatures die je gaat vervullen zijn (afstudeer) stages, traineeships en startersfuncties.
  • Je zal o.a. nauw samenwerken met de Operationeel Managers, HR Business Partners, regionale Corporate Recruiters en Arbeidscommunicatie.
  • Door het gehele proces blijf je samenwerken met jouw stakeholders, informeer je hen tijdig over de voortgang en weet je een top experience te realiseren voor de jonge talenten!
