Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the creation of job postings for new and existing positions within the firm
  • Focusing on the requisition management approval process and tracking of open and closed jobs
  • Becoming knowledgeable within our applicant tracking system ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with firm policy and support of firm EEO/AAP requirements
  • Researching and gathering market insights on recruiting and hiring trends influencing the effectiveness of sourcing tactics, market and job compensation, job titles, job content, and supply/demand
  • Talent sourcing efforts as guided by the recruiting team. May leverage multiple systems, tools, and resources to generate names and qualified leads (postings, associations, database/CRM, employee referrals, university alumni groups, community)
  • Interview scheduling including logistical coordination across practice units, and any necessary set-up or additional arrangements as needed
  • In collaboration with others, you will process the onboarding of all campus new hires
  • Assisting with the marketing requests of the campus recruiting team
