Responsibilities

  • As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Deloitte, the Campus Recruitment Coordinator works in partnership with the Campus Recruitment Specialists in executing a tailored recruitment strategy of targeted events and programs to ensure an exceptional candidate experience by assisting in executing the targeted campus strategy as defined by the Campus Recruitment Specialist, inclusive of full cycle recruitment and event management.
  • The Campus Recruitment, Talent Acquisition team collaborates with internal clients and across the Talent organize to provide strategic insight and develop a tailored recruitment strategy of targeted events and other programs to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. The team advises on, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full-lifecycle recruitment support. You will work alongside other Campus Specialists and Coordinators across the country on national large-scale programs to smaller, local targeted events.
