Requirements

  • 6-10 years of full cycle, high-volume campus recruitment experience; preferably for engineering or technical students and graduates

Responsibilities

  • Execute the campus strategy, providing high volume full-cycle recruiting support across Canada (Western Canada/Eastern Canada) and the United States through the Campus Talent Acquisition Specialists
  • Oversee the day-to-day recruitment operations of 4 Campus Talent Acquisition Specialists
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for educational institutions and the business
  • Plan and participate in campus events including Career Fairs, Information Sessions, Case competitions, Classroom presentations, and Conferences
  • Act as a trusted advisor and work closely with internal stakeholders to establish a tailored recruiting approach at designated school(s) to achieve skills requirements
  • Serve as a “Brand Ambassador” to expand our external footprint to build the Hatch Brand through social media and other channels
  • Execution of Student and New Grad Engagement model to enhance employee experience
  • Assess sponsorship requests and determine level of engagement
  • Manage scholarship programs
  • Provide reporting on campus analytics
