  • Create and maintain Ontario Student Records (OSR).
  • Process and create student report cards
  • Process student registrations and applications; Documentation, prerequisite check, payment forms
  • Process and maintain final examination coordination
  • Create shipments and pickups for textbook, transcript, report card, testing materials
  • Assist with maintaining inventory control (textbooks, testing materials)
  • HR collaboration – payroll
  • Generating and tracking rosters
  • Providing customer service to both internal and external candidates.
  • Daily email reminders to students (holds, expiry, exams, missing documentation)
  • Maintain and update registrations and student database
  • Emailing registration and payment forms
  • Counselling students regarding the various pre-university testing, workshop and course availability
