CAP is a highly selective global three-year rotational program with cohorts in Los Angeles, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong. The program is focused on developing the skills relevant for investment management roles. Providing development opportunities through hands-on experience, structured training, and ability to work with and learn from experienced investors. Associates with exceptional performance and have successfully completed the program will be promoted to roles with our investment units or investment-related groups.
