Responsibilities

  • Pernod Ricard Strategy Support & Execution – to execute the Group Sourcing Strategy for Industrial Capex investments - Deliver value creation along 3 sources of value (Buy Better, Spend Better and Track Better). You will drive procurement Total Cost Ownership (TCO) impact, consistently with global strategies and actively participate in the Global Capex Procurement transformation, executing Capex transformation workstreams. You will also embed the Group Sustainability agenda into the Capex category, to meet carbon footprint reduction objectives.
  • Budget & Cost – to prioritize initiatives to maximize benefits & monitor category budget to drive structure costs reduction, including looking for subsidies every time, if it is applicable, to minimize project costs. You will execute the category strategy and embed cost consciousness across the different functional areas with efficient category management and mature spend policies.
  • Supplier Management – to be responsible for supplier identification, development and management, including negotiations with suppliers and delivering cost-effectiveness of Capex in balance with technical requirements. You will manage supplier selection processes, supplier base development, and new supplier identification, ensuring globally recommended contractual procedures are being followed, as well as monitor performance and ensuring yearly reviews are being held. You will also be the strategic interface towards suppliers and build strong and strategic supplier relationships, understanding supplier market dynamics and intelligence.
  • Project Support – to support key stakeholders in the implementation of transversal ways of working with Chivas Brothers as well as Group functions and to liaise with Capex Managers and Technical Project Leaders to discuss the procurement model and ensure alignment. You will support the definition of Capex functional targets and evaluate performance.
