What is the primary focus of the Cardiovascular Research Nurse position?
The primary focus is to work within the Cardiovascular Research team at the Oxford Heart Centre, managing and coordinating patient care for a variety of clinical research studies, including observational and multi-centre randomised trials.
Are there training opportunities for new hires?
Yes, training will be provided for specific tasks, including taking blood samples, ECGs, and other standard cardiovascular investigations as necessary.
Is previous research experience required for this role?
Research experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be given to the successful candidate.
