What qualifications are required for the Care Coordinator position?

Where is the Care Coordinator position located?
The position is located in the Early Intervention Psychosis team in Peterborough, within the specialist service known as CAMEO.
What is the working model for this role?
We have adopted a hybrid model of working and welcome applicants from neighbouring counties.
What kind of team will I be working with?
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, doctors, support workers, psychologists, and CBT therapists.
What is the main focus of the Care Coordinator role?
The main focus is to work in partnership with CAMEO service users to develop their care plans and recovery plans, promoting hope and recovery.
Is there any support for professional development?
Yes, we offer a supportive team environment with regular supervision and opportunities for training and development.
What age range does the Early Intervention approach cover?
The Early Intervention approach includes working with individuals in the under 17 age range as required.
Will I be able to provide supervision to others?
Yes, the post holder will provide clinical supervision to staff and students.
How does the team ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users?
The post holder will assess, plan and implement care while providing specialist advice to promote the safety and wellbeing of service users and their families/carers.
