The role offers a wide degree of autonomy, allowing the individual to plan and execute the Care Services workload effectively, as well as the opportunity to develop for future leadership positions.
Who will the Care Services Customer Partner collaborate with on a daily basis?
The Customer Partner will work in partnership with a local network of around 40 care homes, store teams, and GP surgeries to deliver outstanding care and support customer retention and growth.
How will the Care Services Customer Partner handle issues raised by care homes?
The Customer Partner will be the first point of contact for any issues and will need to resolve these queries in a timely manner, ensuring continuity of service and customer satisfaction.
What are the daily operational tasks of the Care Services pharmacy that the partner will lead?
The daily operational tasks include planning the pharmacy workload, supporting dispensing duties such as labelling, preparing MARR sheets, ordering, dispensing, endorsing, checking prescriptions, and collecting prescriptions.
What qualifications are required for this role?
A qualified Pharmacy Technician with a minimum of NVQ2 in Pharmaceutical Science is required, and NVQ3 is preferred but not essential.
Is a driving license necessary for this position?
Yes, ideally the candidate should hold a full driving license as they will be expected to visit the care homes they are supporting.
