You will need a Level 3 in Initial Advice and Guidance, or be willing to undertake it, as well as a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths.
Is prior experience with student guidance necessary?
Yes, prior experience with student guidance, especially with learners aged 14-16, 16-18, and 19+, is essential, including working with those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
