Responsibilities

  • Traiter tous les modes de paiement selon les procédures et politiques de la Comptabilité. Se conformer aux normes d'audit de contrôle de l'hôtel et aux procédures de manipulation d'argent (par ex. dépôts d'espèces non comptées). Obtenir la caisse attribuée et vérifier l'exactitude des sommes, s'assurer d'avoir suffisamment de monnaie et sécuriser la caisse à tout moment. Aménager et organiser le poste de travail du caissier avec les fournitures, formulaires et ressources indiqués, et veiller à la propreté du poste de travail à tout moment. Accomplir les tâches associées à l’ouverture, y compris la mise en place des fournitures et outils nécessaires, notamment la caisse, et s'assurer que tout fonctionne correctement. Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de sûreté et de sécurité de la compagnie et signaler les accidents, les blessures et les conditions de travail dangereuses au responsable. S’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Accueillir et recevoir les clients selon les standards de la chaîne ; anticiper les besoins des clients et y répondre, et les remercier chaleureusement. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication ; répondre au téléphone en employant le langage approprié. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs. Assurer le respect des exigences et des standards de qualité. Saisir et trouver des informations professionnelles à l'aide d'ordinateurs et/ou de systèmes de point de vente. Être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps. Déplacer, soulever, porter, tirer et placer des charges pesant 4,5 kilos maximum de façon autonome. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
