Responsibilities

  • Developing the european category growth strategy, based of shopper and customer insight, working alongside and collaborating with our European country leads and their teams.
  • You will be responsible for creating strategy that influences our local market adaptations and deployment, resulting in our local markets being empowered to deliver the right category initiatives - focused on shoppers (end customers) - that grow the category and advance our brand.
  • You will influence our portfolio optimisation, in alignment and relevant markets
  • You will be the go-to expert when it comes to understanding the performance of the local market and our performance within it.
  • Own evolution of category leadership practices, processes, and tools, and identify next focus markets for deploying the category strategy.

In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we’re blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe in over 30 different countries. Our range has got bigger along with us, and we now sell juice, kids drinks, coconut water and bubbles (a healthy drink in a can) with loads more innovation to come. We have great ambitions: to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit, and to leave things better than we find them. We’re proud to call ourselves Europe’s favourite little healthy drinks company, but we’re still growing.
