Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and development for all Data Center product categories, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and business case for product categories.
  • Drive product and positioning innovation by continuously evaluating market conditions, customer needs, and technological advancements.
  • Product marketing planning and Go-to-market (GTM) strategy for development multi-channel.
  • Development of end user promotions, programs and demand generation activities.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps within your product category.
  • Assess customer pain points and work cross-functionally to identify solutions that can be turned into product features or new offerings.
  • Create plans to gain market share and work with relevant functions to execute them.
  • Work closely with Sales, Technical Sales, Channel, Finance, Demand Planning, Operations and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with Sales and Channel teams to understand customer feedback, support product adoption, and enhance customer experience.
  • Work with Sales and channel teams on pipeline management, demand generation and product and segment sales alignments.
  • Own the full product lifecycle, from concept through launch and end-of-life.
  • Create and manage product development timelines and ensure timely delivery of product releases.
  • Track product performance, analyze key metrics, and refine products based on customer feedback and market needs.
  • Product evangelist, knowledge expert on a defined product set for internal and external audiences.
  • Manage product category PL, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and efficient resource allocation.
  • Set pricing strategies and manage product profitability by analyzing cost structures, competition, and market demand.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for your product category, providing regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Lead product training sessions, and internal briefings to ensure successful adoption within the organization.
