  • Define target customers, positioning of the category and its USP.
  • Be in real time touch with seasons, arrivals and prices of fruits and vegetables.
  • Align budgets and sales plans and define deliverables dynamically for the category on assortment, sales value, and Margins.
  • Establishment of Frontend positioning of Premium Fresh Fruits in the select Reliance stores of the respective City.
  • Responsible for Identifying Proper Range of Fruit Categories- Create Differentiator to add value for customer experience.
  • Competition benchmarking of GT/MT/Online retailers & wholesale benchmarking to capture market intelligence on Range, Price & Quality.
  • Update Selling Prices across all Channels to ensure that Premium Fruits is competitively priced (capturing the market fluctuations on a real-time basis).
  • Brand Associates / Store Team Training on the key processes to be followed at various levels.
  • Work on Monthly Sales & Margin delivery plan for the City.
  • Prepare short term & long-term demand forecast to ensure better availability of Premium Fruits by Sourcing team.
  • Maintain a healthy Sales mix of the Premium Fruits thereby ensuring a healthy margin mix.
  • Responsible for arranging various effective customer engagement initiatives & ensure customer loyalty / stickiness to the Premium Fruits Category.
  • Execute Marketing Plan for the Offline mode of business.
  • Coordination with packhouse & sourcing team on desired quality, timely supply, Competitive Pricing & Availability.
  • Effective coordination with Store operation on understanding various Store operation challenges and provide solution in alignment with the City Head.
  • Responsible for Documentation and Implementing various Category processes to ease business.
  • Co-ordinating with various department for getting the work done.
