Responsibilities

  • Using category insight to define and implement a multi-channel category strategy (price, promos), crafting a market leading customer proposition that drives sales and market share
  • Define a clear multi-channel and cross format plan that maxes the mix and achieves category objectives
  • Define the category trade plan to deliver a great offer for our customers in line with feature space principles
  • Delivering customer-facing activity across all channels (promotions and events) to critical path
  • Adhering to all Tesco policies, storage and handover protocols and successfully completing all training so there are zero GSCOP breaches
  • Ensuring all supplier agreements are recorded in writing, reporting GSCOP complaints to Legal within 48 hours of receipt, and leading a high level of compliance within the team
