Responsibilities

  • Définir la vue projet (cahier des charges, livrables, timings, étapes, actions) avec les différents stakeholders au local du marché, de la zone, du global et des différentes fonctions internes (IT, Marketing, autre) ainsi que les partenaires externes (agences)
  • Elaboration des plannings du projet pour le suivi local et zone et des différents stakeholders impliqués
  • Coordonner les stakeholders du projet en collaboration avec le Project Manager du Global Nestlé
  • Assister dans la préparation des forums, workshops et supports de communication entre les parties prenantes et sponsors du projet
  • Participer au suivi des coûts et des budgets alloués
  • Etablir les étapes de gestion de risques, incidents et opportunités du projet
  • En charge de la rédaction des rapports d'avancement
  • Contribuer à la documentation des processus et des résultats
