Responsibilities

  • Animation of closing process
  • Animation of closing periods: ICE transactions, accruals, coordination with Legal Entities controller
  • Management of Engineering team cross charges
  • Review monthly actual result versus Budget, Forecast, Last Year and provide commentaries
  • Send out monthly spending versus budget to all Department Heads on monthly basis, including variance analysis, commentary, and remaining budget
  • Monthly report of FTE nb
  • Provide financial support to Operations Team Function
  • Prepare financial report on an ad hoc basis
  • Animation of rolling forecast process
  • Monthly Staff review with OD/HR and Budget owners
  • Quarterly review with budget owners
  • Communication of engineering
  • Reflexion on Global Overhead budget animation / FP&A activity
  • Helping Operations Fixed costs Controlling Director in shaping new ways of working and governance related to OVH global budget animation
