  • You are outcome driven. You take a consistent and ongoing approach to planning, forecasting, managing uncertainty, metrics and measurements, contingency planning and delivery. You can communicate plans, planning assumptions and progress ensuring transparency to a range of stakeholders. You can manage risks, issues and dependencies for your outcomes as well as governance and status reporting. You can maintain the cadence of delivery and manage the relationships between different people within and across teams. You can use judgement to escalate when appropriate and proactively seek support where required.

You will share when you learn from your day to day role with your peers by using these forums.
  • What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience of delivering change in a fast paced environment, utilising a variety of delivery methodologies including Agile and project management frameworks
  • Excellent problem solving skills, providing structured thinking and understanding to problems, transforming them into actionable work for teams, coupled with an unwavering desire to deliver for our customers and business
  • Proven experience of managing cross team dependencies, risks and issues
  • You are confident in leading through ambiguity, in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Strong relationship building and collaboration skills to steer and guide teams and stakeholders
  • A credible track record of governance, reporting, improving the effectiveness of delivery,
  • Comfortable working in a complex regulated environment (experience is desirable)


  • Bringing cross functional resources together to tackle a wide range of business problems
  • Providing clear communication and coordination between delivery teams and wider business stakeholders
  • Adapting your methodology and style to suit different scenarios
