Responsibilities

  • Participer aux Appels d’offre pour la Branche
  • Assurer le placement de votre portefeuille et négocier avec les assureurs afin de défendre les intérêts des clients de votre portefeuille en relation avec le client, les autres départements (Risk & Analytics, Sinistres, Commercial, réassurance)
  • Suivi du portefeuille clients (grandes entreprises internationales essentiellement) :
  • Gestion des programmes d'assurance : rédaction et émission des pièces contractuelles en relation avec les assureurs, calcul des primes, assureurs…
  • Réponse aux diverses demandes des clients (risk manager, responsables assurances, filiales)
  • Mise en place et gestion de programmes internationaux en relation avec le département Coordination Internationale.
  • Apporter votre expertise technique et intervenir en qualité de support technique auprès des chargés de clientèle
  • Se tenir informé de l’évolution du marché et en informer les chargés de clientèle, l’équipe client et le client
  • Veiller à l’adéquation dans le temps des termes et conditions d’assurance des clients avec leurs besoins et rechercher des solutions alternatives si besoin (paramétriques, ART)
