Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for holding a section in the restaurant.
  • Deliver outstanding and personalized service to guests in the Lobby Lounge, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. Offer recommendations on menu items and beverages and assist with special requests.
  • Anticipate guest preferences and respond to requests promptly to enhance their dining experience.

  • Properly upsell services and products to our guests at all times, enhancing service and generating increased revenue.
  • Perform any tasks relating to billing according to hotel standards and cashiering policies.
  • Ensure all dishes are presented in compliance with hotel standards and food & beverage specifications.
  • Support as required other outlets as assigned by the Restaurant/ Outlet Manager.
  • Create WOW moments to surprise and delight guests in the Restaurant.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction from arrival to departure in accordance with the MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs).
