Responsibilities

  • An opportunity has arisen to control and co-ordinate the preparation of retail menu items as directed by the retail catering management team. You will assist in the preparation and cooking of food for our restaurant and retail outlets. We produce a range of fresh dishes daily on site. To be part of the team within the busy and friendly retail catering department, working within the larger hospital environment.
