Responsibilities

  • Set and execute strategic vision and plans.
  • Drive operational effectiveness.
  • Improve quality of practices in collaboration with our central business functions such as operations, finance, growth and others.
  • Preparation for and/or facilitation of leadership meetings and working sessions.
  • Ensuring that objectives are realistic and preparation/content is appropriate including assisting leaders in their preparation.

  • Development of strategies (in alignment with Global Tax & Legal, North South Europe, and overall firm strategies) and management of a portfolio of strategic projects.
  • Working in conjunction with NSE/Deloitte EMEA/DTTL counterparts for common strategic initiatives, including international meetings.
  • Developing strategic and annual plans including budgets.
  • Ensuring alignment among various stakeholders, understanding breadth as well as details of projects.
  • Monitoring progress and apprising leaders of status.
  • Proactively identifying, prioritizing, and addressing complex business issues or opportunities.
  • Leadership and management of special complex projects with multiple work streams and multiple stakeholders, some confidential or time sensitive.
  • Scoping, planning and executing multiple, often quick- turnaround projects with minimal outside assistance.
  • Collaborating with functions such as operations, finance, marketing, others at country, region or global levels.
  • Development of content for leadership-level communication with various stakeholders including country, regional and global and external stakeholders.
