The primary responsibilities include collaborating with the Chief People & Org Officer to drive strategy and execute initiatives, developing and executing strategic projects related to performance assessment, compensation, workforce management, and engagement, driving cross-departmental projects impacting nearly 1000 employees, and acting as a strategic Business Partner for insights on various initiatives.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, or as an HR Business Partner, with a track record of managing large-scale initiatives.
