  • Sales Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating moments of magic for those visiting the store.
  • Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do, they live and breathe our core values and they strive to make anything possible for our customers.
  • With the most iconic beauty and hair care brands under one roof, our Sales Associates are experts in guiding our customers through the world of skin care, hair care and beauty and their knowledge and passion is obvious.
  • You’ll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand.
