Required Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or the ability to obtain within 6-12 months
Engineer-in-Training Certificate, or the ability to obtain within 6-12 months
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D software

Responsibilities

Assist project team in design of public infrastructure such as water & sanitary sewer lines, roadways, water plants, lift stations, wastewater treatment facilities, etc.
Assist project team in preparation of construction drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents.
Prepare engineering reports, feasibility studies, and utility evaluations
Prepare various exhibits and design drawings using AutoCAD Civil3D & Bluebeam
Coordination with agency staff and internal support teams on designs, analysis, and issues
Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite to develop calculations in Excel, reports and letters in Word, and presentations in PowerPoint
Assist with construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil3D including grading plans; plan and profiles; construction details; storm drain, water and sewer facilities; signage and striping plans
